Zyxel Networks sets out vision to make security simple for installers and SMB reseller partners

Zyxel Networks, a leader in delivering secure and AI-powered cloud networking solutions, is embarking on an extensive campaign that will enable smaller IT partners in all sectors to offer cybersecurity to their customers by making it easy to sell, configure and manage.

The need for all businesses to protect themselves is clear. ESET’s 2026 SMB Cyber Readiness Index found that just over four in ten EMEA businesses (44%) experienced a cybersecurity incident in the previous 12 months. Home users can expect to be attacked too with criminals seeking out vulnerabilities in smart home devices to gain access to personal information and property.

The campaign will directly address the challenges and concerns that many partners have when it comes to offering digital protection, says Kevin Drinkall, Senior Marketing Director, Zyxel Networks. “Every business and household that uses digital technology needs effective protection. Partners who install CCTV, smart home solutions, and networks are trusted by their customers and increasingly, they are also expected to know about and provide cybersecurity. But many of these partners are hesitant about getting involved because they perceive it to be highly complex, risky, and don’t have the in-house skills and resources to configure and manage security solutions.

“We’ve made it simple. Our partners will be able to offer comprehensive security to their small business and domestic customers without any additional expensive training or maintenance costs. We want to re-frame cybersecurity from being a technical challenge to a business growth opportunity – one that can generate recurring revenue and stronger relationships for all types of resellers.

“Our solutions are fast to deploy and strong by design, helping make cybersecurity an integral part of every partner’s core offering for small, medium, and even micro businesses. We want to show them that good protection can be installed and managed quickly and efficiently, without any need for specialist skills or complex on-site configuration.

“Resellers of all sizes have a growing responsibility to protect the customers they support. With 27% of EMEA businesses experiencing phishing attacks – the most common form of cyber incident – the technology now has to be capable of repelling all kinds of threats. Resellers should upgrade customers from basic security to full unified threat management and managed services to ensure their businesses are truly protected.”

In its USG FLEX H series of unified threat management appliances, the Nebula secure cloud management platform, and the integral, AI-driven security that is built into all its solutions, Zyxel Networks has everything partners need to deliver, simple, effective, and robust protection for their customers.

With Nebula’s pre-configuration and auto-install features, partners can set-up devices in advance of deployment and do not need to visit the customer’s site to perform installation. Thereafter, they can monitor activity and manage settings remotely through Nebula. All Zyxel Networks devices come with the base level of Nebula as standard, with the Pro licence available for an additional fee.

The campaign will demonstrate how partners can make security a straightforward part of their existing offering, without needing to become cybersecurity specialists. Through a simple five-step guide and only taking five minutes to deploy through a cloud-based management platform, Zyxel Networks will show installers and resellers how they can protect more customers while creating new, recurring revenue opportunities.

The goal is to make cybersecurity accessible to every partner, regardless of their size or level of technical expertise. By removing the complexity traditionally associated with security, Zyxel Networks aims to give more partners the confidence and tools they need to make effective protection a natural part of the services they provide.
