Professionally-produced content highlights the challenges of maintaining network efficiency and how Nebula can help deliver optimal performance at all times.
Zyxel Networks, a leader in delivering secure and AI-powered cloud networking solutions, has launched a new campaign advert highlighting the benefits of using the company’s Nebula cloud management platform – both for customers and MSPs.
The new Tune up your network advert encourages customers to ‘say goodbye to an out-of-tune network’. It will be the centrepiece of a campaign designed to drive even greater use of the Nebula platform amongst existing customers and partners, and to attract new interest and engagement.
The new advert builds on the company’s previous campaigns, offering a fresh take on how Nebula makes it easy to remotely manage networks and ensure optimum performance and responsiveness at all times. It tells the story of an office worker who is plagued by a misbehaving network and off-key musicians throughout the working day, until an IT technician (seen ‘fixing’ the problem from the beach) retunes the system to deliver a smooth and tuneful performance.
“The new video demonstrates how Nebula transforms the office from disharmony to harmony, thanks to our remote IT hero, restoring peace and allowing the worker to get on with her working day”, said Kevin Drinkall, Senior Director, Marketing and GTM Strategy, EMEA at Zyxel Networks. “While it takes a light-hearted look at the challenges businesses face, the underlying message is a serious one – that it’s absolutely essential to stay on top of network performance and ensure that workers can go about their everyday business unhindered.”
It's aimed both at end-user customers and managed services provider partners, he added. “We want to make businesses aware of how Nebula – and MSPs – can help them to optimise network performance. We also want to demonstrate to potential partners just how easy it is to use Nebula for remote configuration and management of multiple customers – from anywhere.”
The campaign – using full and cut-down versions of the advert – will start rolling out this month on social media platforms. Zyxel Networks will also be promoting it directly and encouraging partners to make use of the content in their own marketing.
The advert builds on the previous Zero to IT Hero campaign, which similarly used humour to make a serious point about the importance of being able to address network performance challenges, swiftly and easily. Zyxel Networks worked with The Chase Films and Director Sami Abusamra to produce the advert. It uses whip pan camera movements to emphasise double-takes and was deliberately shot in a 4:3 aspect ratio to provide greater focus on individual characters.
The Chase Films and Zyxel Networks were presented with the Prolific North Creative Awards 2025, Best Video/Film/Ad award earlier this year for the Zero to IT Hero advert they collaborated on.
